The 1960s was another dominate decade for Central football. Central had a total of 57 wins in the 1960s. A number yet to be surpassed. The accolades were great as Central became City Champs eight times and Jamboree champs six times during the decade. Also, the 1962 Indians reached eight wins while tallying only one loss. The 1960s will go down as one of the best decades for football in Central High history.
