The 1920s was the decade that Central High football really came into full fruition. Year after year in the 1920s, Central would amass high win totals. Central went undefeated in city play throughout the entire decade and had two seasons with only one loss, 1927 and 1929. As we look back almost 100 years, we can really see when St. Joseph Central High School became the dominant football program it is today.
